Online consultation section: General terms and conditions
The contracting of the online consultations of the web, www.abogadoenlanzarote.es , implies the full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the following general contracting conditions, in addition to those stipulated on the corresponding page of the service provided:
The services offered by this site are provided by licensed lawyers and are subject to the different professional and deontological regulations that can be consulted by clicking here.
Object. The purpose of these General Conditions is to lease the legal services provided on the website in exchange for the fees indicated by ABOGADAS LANCELOT, prepaid by the Client (unless the Lawyer previously allows a system of payment of fees in a staggered manner), and actually provided by the Lawyers who make up the professional Firm.
Capacity to contract. In accordance with the applicable legislation, in order to receive the legal services provided by this Firm, the Client must have the legal capacity to contract as established by the law of the country of which it is a national. In Spain this age is 18 years old.
Description of the Legal Services provided through the Internet. The fees, requirements, aspects included and excluded, and the conditions through which the legal services are provided through Internet, are detailed in the corresponding section inserted in 'Online Consultations'.
Fees. The fees will be those expressed in the corresponding section inserted in the 'Online Consultations' section of the website. In the event that a prior study of the matter is necessary in order to indicate the fees, ABOGADAS LANCELOT will require the necessary information from the Client in order to set the fees, and the amount will be communicated to the Client by e-mail. The Client may freely accept or reject the professional assignment, without having to pay any amount. The amount that is indicated is closed, IGIC included.
Form of payment. The Client will pay the fees by PayPal account, debit/credit card, or bank transfer to the account indicated by the Lawyer assigned to him.
The fraudulent use of credit cards, or the refusal of the collection operation for any reason, will give ABOGADAS LANCELOT the right to cancel the contract made, without prejudice to civil and criminal liabilities that may apply.
Contracting method. To contract an 'Online Consultation', the Client must fill in the obligatory fields of the corresponding form.
Cancellations by the Customer. After contracting and paying for the service, the Customer may cancel and withdraw from the contract within a maximum period of 14 calendar days, with or without just cause, without any kind of penalty for exercising the service, so that the total amount will be refunded, provided that the Legal Service has not already been provided by the Lawyer who is a member of the ABOGADAS LANCELOT' OFFICE.
In order to formulate this withdrawal, the Client must expressly communicate it by e-mail or by any other means that allows the record of its receipt.
In this case, our Firm will return to the Client the amount paid for the legal services contracted by bank transfer within a maximum period of 14 calendar days.
