Lawyer Alicia Martín, Director of this Law Firm, has achieved an important Judgment obtaining the nullity of the IRPH, after the decision of the Supreme Court last October. After this pronouncement of the High Court, only a few sentences in Spain have achieved the nullity of this reference interest rate for mortgages, which makes them significantly more expensive. It is estimated that mortgages with IRPH pay an average of between 200 or 300 euros more per month.
