This year the courts will also work from August 11 to 31; the measures approved include five main areas: safety at work for officials and operators; recovery of judicial activity; digital transformation; calculation of deadlines and preparation for processes in the commercial courts.
- The staff will be able to work in two shifts, either in the morning or the afternoon.
- Customer service will be provided by telephone or e-mail and only if necessary, in person, but always by appointment.
- The procedural acts and deliberations will be preferably with telematic presence.
- During the period of the state of alert and for up to three months after its end, forensic medical reports may be made only on the basis of existing medical documentation available to them, provided that this is possible. Read more
