In comparison to 2020, home sales transactions in the Canary Islands increased by 21.8% in August, 1,719 homes in total, according to data published on Friday by the Spanish National Statistics Institute.
The Canary Islands is the second Spanish autonomous community where home sales have grown the most, only surpassed by the Balearic Islands. In terms of Canary Islands provinces, Santa Cruz de Tenerife saw a total of 760 sales, while Las Palmas de Gran Canaria handled 956 sales. Read more.
