  • To have a housing or room rental contract as a tenant.
  • Your rental income does not exceed 600 euros per month, although it is envisaged that it will be increased to 900 euros in some areas... In the case of renting a room, the rent must be equal to or less than 300 euros per month and can only be increased, if an extension is approved, to 900 euros per rental contract, up to a maximum limit of 450 euros per room.
