The High Court of Justice of Catalonia, Spain, recognises the right of a worker to carry out his work remotely and to be compensated by the company for violating the rights of non-discrimination and protection of the family.
The court ruled that the company cannot refuse a worker to perform all his work remotely in order to take care of his minor children, on the sole ground that the Covid pandemic has ended. Read more.
