Starting tomorrow, Sunday, children up to 14 years old will be able to go for walks and play in the street once a day, for one hour, within a maximum of one kilometre of their home.
In theory this is a de-escalation measure, because according to the explanatory memorandum it is part of the evolution of the pandemic. The aim is the physical and psychological well-being of the child (vitamin, healthy activity, relaxation of the living space, improved sleep).
The objective requirements are a walk: 1 day, 1 hour, 1 companion, 1 kilometre. From 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Groups: adults and up to three children.
The personal distance with third parties: 2 meters.
Excludes affected (symptoms, isolated or in quarantine).
It requires the usual health measures.
With respect to the walker's caregiver: may be a "household employee", requires prior authorization, except for authority, custody, guardianship or wards.
With respect to the walker: child under 14 years of age. Children between 14 and 18 years of age remain as adults.
As for the territorial reference: 1 km from the minor's home.
