The recording of conversations with colleagues and superiors at work as a position of trust is an attack on the duty of contractual good faith and breach of trust, which leads to dismissal.
This was established by the High Court of Justice of the Canary Islands, in its ruling of 2 June 2021. It is important in these cases to look at the position of employment occupied by the employee in order to know the degree of trust that had been placed in him.
