The Government signed this Monday with employers and unions the agreement to extend until June 30 the ERTE due to force majeure by the Covid-19, which maintains the general prohibition of dismissal until 6 months after the end of the file, although not totally. It does not close the door to fire when an ERTE returns, as the CEOE had demanded.
